Affordability is at the core of our value proposition. We offer great value on all our products, and all our prices are inclusive of VAT and, in many cases, free delivery. Prices given on the website are final. However, we may from time to time run offers or promotions, or discount individual products, and this will be specified on the website. Please note that prices, product availability and any offers or promotions are subject to change without notice.

Sorry, we do not accept cash on delivery. We also do not offer the option of sending a card terminal with the delivery van to your home. All products need to be fully paid for prior to delivery. If you would like to pay by cash or bank transfer, please contact us on +971-56-5069998.

Delivery usually takes 4-7 days in Dubai and 6-8 days to other Emirates.

We do not ship to any country outside UAE ourselves. However, if you can arrange the transportation, we can deliver your order to your local agent, or the agent can collect it from our warehouse.

As required by law in the UAE, all displayed prices are inclusive of 5% VAT.

Almost all products we have in stock are available on the website. While all efforts are made to keep the website up-to-date with new stock, there could be some recent arrivals that have not yet been updated on the website but can be viewed in person at the warehouse. Also smaller products such as mirrors, home décor and accessories are not listed in their entirety, but can be viewed at our warehouse.

As a business concept and strategy, we continuously seek to introduce fresh ideas and designs. If you're looking for a piece that's not on the website, that could mean it has sold out. Please contact us with a photo of the piece you have in mind, and we shall advise you at the earliest if that product is available or can be pre-ordered.

We typically get new stock every 2-3 weeks. Each piece has been vetted by us and, often, been made to our specifications. So yes, we know exactly what we will be getting in the new collection. Photos become available usually 1-2 weeks before the stock arrives. If you would like to see the photos and book a piece from the incoming collection, please contact us and we shall be happy to assist you.

We do not custom-make furniture. We sell only what's in stock on as-is basis.

We do not have the facilities to modify any of our stock pieces, which are sold only on "as-is" basis.

Our products are made of natural materials such as wood and rattan, which by their very nature are subject to variations. As deliveries are sent out from our storage facility, we are unable to offer you the flexibility of choosing the specific units that would be delivered to you.

We have a very active sourcing model and get our pieces from different parts of India, South East Asia and China.

Most of our rattan furniture is made from real, natural rattan. Natural rattan furniture is not recommended for outdoor use, and is suitable for indoors and alfresco undercover use only. However, being lightweight, it can easily be carried outside and brought back in at the end of the day. Just be sure to keep it away from direct sunlight and water.

All our wooden furniture is made from solid wood. The type of wood varies across products and ranges from mango wood, pine, teak, oak, beech, acacia, etc.

It is mandatory for all containers carrying wooden items to be fumigated before they can be exported from the country of origin. All our containers are fumigated, and the pieces don't require any further treatment.

We do not buy second hand furniture in the UAE. This is because we cannot be sure of its origins and the conditions in which it was kept and whether it’s structurally sound, free of worms/termites, etc.
