We do not have a shop or showroom. We sell online through this website and only have a warehouse in Al Quoz Industrial Area 1, Dubai, UAE. If you would like to view any piece, you can visit us here during our operating hours (weekdays 4-7pm, Fridays 12-6pm, Saturdays 10am-6pm). You can find us on Google Maps as "The Attic Warehouse" (click here).
Affordability is at the core of our value proposition. We offer great value on all our products, and all our prices are inclusive of VAT and, in many cases, free delivery in Dubai. Prices given on the website are final. However, we may from time to time run offers or promotions, or discount individual products, and this will be specified on the website. Please note that prices, product availability and any offers or promotions are subject to change without notice.
Yes, we undertake delivery of our products within the UAE to all major cities. Please refer to our Shipping Policies for details.
After you have made your purchase, we shall contact you on the phone number provided by you at checkout, to arrange a mutually convenient date & time of delivery.
Sorry, we do not accept cash on delivery. We also do not offer the option of sending a card terminal with the delivery van to your home. All products need to be fully paid for prior to delivery. If you would like to pay by cash or bank transfer, please contact us on +971-55-7745120.
Delivery usually takes 4-7 days in Dubai and 5-10 days to other Emirates.
As required by law in the UAE, all displayed prices are inclusive of 5% VAT.
Yes, we do ship to Saudi Arabia. Please send the name and quantity of products you require by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We shall revert to you with a quote for door-to-door delivery.
While all efforts are made to keep the website up-to-date with new stock, there could be products available at the warehouse that have not yet been updated on the website but can be viewed in person. Also smaller products such as mirrors, home decor and dhurrie rugs are not listed in their entirety, but can be viewed at our warehouse.
As a business concept and strategy, we continuously seek to introduce fresh ideas and designs. If you're looking for a piece that's not on the website, that could mean it has sold out. Please contact us with a photo of the piece you have in mind, and we shall advise you at the earliest if that product is available or can be ordered. To pre-order a piece, we would require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your order.
We typically get new stock every 3-4 weeks. Each piece has been vetted by us and, often, been made to our specifications. So yes, we know exactly what we will be getting in the new collection. Photos become available usually 1-2 weeks before the stock arrives. If you would like to see the photos and book a piece from the incoming collection, please contact us and we shall be happy to assist you.
We do not custom-make furniture. We sell only what's in stock on as-is basis.
We do not have the facilities to modify any of our stock pieces, which are sold only on "as-is" basis.
We carry multiple units of some of our models. If you would like to choose a specific piece, please contact us and we can share photos of available pieces to enable you to make your choice.
We have a very active sourcing model and get our pieces from different parts of India.
All our furniture is made from solid wood. The type of wood varies across products and ranges from mango wood, pine and acacia in the crafted pieces, to Burmese teak in our vintage pieces.
Products listed under the “Vintage" Collection and those that specifically mention “vintage” in their description are original pieces that are upwards of 60 years’ old and retain their original old patina and signs of age. We do not touch up their paint, but just ensure that their structural integrity is intact. These have been sourced primarily from the north-western states of Rajasthan and Gujarat in India.
Each vintage piece is unique in its looks and characteristics. We are unable to take orders for vintage pieces as we cannot commit to being able to find a piece that perfectly meets your requirements and wouldn’t want to bring in a piece that you may not be satisfied with when you see it.
It is mandatory for all containers carrying wooden items to be fumigated before they can be exported from the country of origin. All our containers are fumigated, and the pieces don't require any further treatment.
We do not buy second hand furniture in the UAE. This is because we cannot be sure of its origins and the conditions in which it was kept and whether it’s structurally sound, free of worms/termites, etc.
